We'll work closely with you to ensure the design aligns perfectly with your vision, budget, and timeline. This step involves thorough discussions, revisions, and approvals, ensuring every detail is just right before moving forward.

Step Three
Transparent Pricing and Contract
At Bellroy, we believe in transparency and integrity throughout the process. We'll provide you with a comprehensive, itemised quote that outlines all costs associated with your project. Our prices are straightforward, with no hidden extras or surprise fees.
Step Four
With plans and contracts in place, our skilled team of builders and craftsmen will commence the construction phase. We'll coordinate all aspects of the project, from acquiring necessary permits to managing the various trades involved. Construction and Execution
