The Mangere Bridge Lift Build project was a remarkable journey of transformation and expansion, centered around a single-level Lockwood home. When the owners realised they needed more space, they embarked on a project that would ultimately redefine their living space.

The challenge began with relocating the house on the existing section, a task complicated by discrepancies between the plans and the actual structure. Through collaboration with engineers and designers, we overcame these hurdles and got the project moving smoothly.

Lifting and extending the original house were pivotal moments in the project's evolution. A full reclad and customised finishes added a fresh, modern touch. Today, the house stands as a lovely, warm family home.
